Share the Night Sky – At School

Schoolside Astronomy brings the magic and fun of our Sidewalk Astronomy experience to schools / educational organizations with a 20% discount across the board.

Suitable for students of all ages.

Telescopes will be setup to see the Moon, visible planets and more with your own eyes. There will also be a telescope available to snap photos from smartphones.

We can even bring a massive projector screen to showcase images of deep space objects. Top it all off with some ambient “spacey” music will set the mood.

Events are always subject to the weather. Multiple astronomical weather tools are used to determine the sky conditions. If the weather does not cooperate on event day, another date can be selected or an indoor Cosmic Voyage experience could replace it. The decision will be made in collaboration with you.

Options and Pricing

Since the events can accommodate small or large groups, we have a few options that have worked well in the past.

Additional telescopes, projector screens or time can be added to every option or a completely custom package can be created to suit your needs.

We will work with you to identify ideal nights for the event based on Moon, planets and other celestial objects. 14 days notice of target date is ideal.

A 50% down payment is required for all events, with the remainder due 14 days after the event.
